Install PostPress AI, connect it to your WordPress site, and create your first draft — all inside your dashboard. If you can install a plugin, you can do this.

PostPress AI creates drafts in WordPress. WordPress handles publishing when you’re ready.

Proof it’s inside WordPress

You’ll see Composer, Generate Preview, and Save Draft (Store) right in your admin — the same place you already work.

Set it up, then make your first draft

Three short steps. Go in order. If anything looks different on your screen, pause and ask for help — you’re not alone.

Install the plugin ZIP

In WordPress: Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin. Choose the ZIP, then install and activate.

Connect your site

Open PostPress AI in your WordPress dashboard and paste your license key. Save. You should see a “License looks good” message.

Create your first WordPress draft

Open Composer → Generate Preview → Save Draft (Store). Your draft shows up in Posts/Pages as a draft, ready for edits.

You can edit the draft like any other WordPress draft.
PostPress AI drafts. WordPress publishes (when you decide).
If you don’t see the buttons, refresh once and confirm you’re in WP Admin.

If something feels stuck

These are the common ones. If you’re still stuck, email a screenshot and we’ll help you get it sorted.

“The ZIP is not a plugin”

Make sure you’re uploading the actual plugin ZIP (not a folder inside it). If you extracted it, re-zip the plugin folder and upload that.

I don’t see PostPress AI in the admin menu

Confirm the plugin is activated. If you use an admin menu cleaner, temporarily disable it and check again.

License won’t activate

Double-check the key (no extra spaces). Reload the page. If it still won’t activate, email support with your site URL and a screenshot.

My draft didn’t show up

After Save Draft (Store), go to Posts → All Posts (or Pages) and look for a new draft. Refresh once if needed.
