These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of:

• The PostPress AI website at postpressai.com (“Site”), and
• The PostPress AI WordPress plugin and connected AI services (“Service”).

By installing the plugin or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use PostPress AI.

PostPress AI is operated by Wayne Hatter Enterprises (“we”, “us”, “our”).

1. Eligibility

You may use PostPress AI only if:

• You are at least 18 years old, and
• You have authority to accept these Terms for yourself or your organization, and
• You comply with all applicable laws.

2. What the Service does

PostPress AI connects your WordPress site to an AI backend so you can create and improve content from inside WordPress.

• PostPress AI runs as a WordPress plugin on your site.
• It connects to a separate backend service using secure calls.

Important: PostPress AI helps you create drafts. WordPress controls what goes live.

3. Accounts and communication

To receive support or access certain features, you may need to provide basic account and site details (like email and site URL).

You agree that information you provide is accurate and kept up to date.

4. License and use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use PostPress AI on your WordPress site(s) based on your plan.

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service
• Resell the Service as your own SaaS without a separate written agreement
• Misrepresent PostPress AI as your own proprietary tool without permission
• Bypass licensing, rate limits, or security controls

5. Your content and AI output

5.1 Your content

You are responsible for what you put into PostPress AI and what you choose to make live on your site.

5.2 AI output

AI output can be wrong. You agree to review, edit, and fact-check output before you rely on it.

You agree not to enter sensitive data into prompts (like passwords, private keys, or confidential personal info).

6. Third-party services

PostPress AI relies on third parties (hosting, AI providers, email/logging tools). Those providers have their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for their outages, changes, or limitations.

7. Fees, billing, and plan changes

Plan pricing and limits are shown at checkout (or in your agreement, if you have one).

If pricing or plan terms change, we’ll provide reasonable notice. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated pricing/terms.

Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use PostPress AI to break laws, harm others, abuse systems, generate malicious content, or bypass security.

We may suspend or limit access if we reasonably believe there is misuse, fraud, or a security risk.

9. Ownership

PostPress AI (plugin code, backend, branding, design) is owned by Wayne Hatter Enterprises or its licensors. You receive a limited license to use it — nothing more.

10. Termination

You can stop using PostPress AI anytime.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we need to protect the Service, other users, or our systems. If access is terminated for misuse, refunds may not be available.

11. Disclaimers

PostPress AI is provided “as-is” and “as-available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or perfect output.

You are responsible for verifying content, compliance, and accuracy before publishing.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

In all cases, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the event that created the claim.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using PostPress AI after an update, you’re agreeing to the updated Terms.
